Dreamweaver

Due to my recent obsession with all things mystical and Native American, I purchased a Dream Catcher a few days ago. Yeah, I did. And yes, I'm a hippie. Hypocrippie, if you will...

Since I hung the charming ornament above my bed, I have experienced dreams that have included events such as:

-horrible things happening to my mom
-the death of a friend
-existing in a world where there are bars in the sky and the sidewalks are level with the cloud cover. In one particular "dream sequence" I saw several people walk to their deaths because they thought the clouds were a solid surface (road) and instead of walking across the street, fell thousands of feet to the ground below.
-befriending Elvis Costello, becoming deep buds, feeling accepted in the Diana Krall/Joni Mitchell circle.

So... The latter being the most recent, I'm hoping the dream catcher was summoning all evil thoughts from my brain in hopes to cleanse my subconscious and prep for upcoming sweet dreams? I don't know. I haven't given up yet though, because it is actually my secret wish to be besties with Elvis Costello and Diana Krall and have a heated discussion about the shitty music industry with Joni Mitchell, who I hear is more jaded than I am...
