Three Things

1. Last night, while asking my Dad if Astronomy would be a good course to take for someone who equates physics to mental illness, (he said no... doi) I noticed a prevalent melancholy in his voice. I had to ask him what was wrong, as my Dad usually puts on a cheery voice when we chat on the phone: turns out, he can't figure out how to make his DVD show full screen instead of wide screen (keep in mind this is a man who boasts several degrees and reads calculus for FUN). I try to explain some DVDs come like that, in fact they are labelled for this very reason. Alas, his profound sadness could not be altered. Next time he scolds the little bro' on his tech addiction, I will remind him of his this.

2. Speaking of space, what is with nebulas??? THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!
